INTERNATIONAL SENIOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS TRAINING HELD

A two week course in Senior Management Skills, organised by the London Corporate Training (LCT) has come to an end  in Hammersmith, London with a passionate call on participants to walk the talk of the course content if they are to excel in their various establishments.

Participants were drawn from Ghana,Nigeria, Botswana, Saudi Arabia,  and the United Arab Emirate.

The Ghanaian contingent from the Cocoa Marketing Company was led by the Human Resource Manager, Dorine Fanny Amartey. 

Other Management staff on the retinue were  Mrs. Joyce Poku-Dwomoh, WPO Manager, Mrs. Comfort Ayisibea Abanquah, Shipping Manager, Mrs. Shirley Adu, Deputy Human Resource Manager, Mrs Eunice Ogah, Deputy Audit Manager, Mrs. Tena Anderson, Deputy Shipping Manager and Stella Mary Akua Nkrumah, Principal Human Resource Officer.

The course addressed issues such as setting objectives and targets, leadership,motivation, team building and verbal communication skills.

Other details of the course are, influencing skills, assertiveness, introduction to neuro-linguistic programming as well as emotional intelligence and body language.
